The Firm Comba & Rosano founded in 1995 by Diego Comba specializes in national and international contracts, A.D.R. (Alternative Dispute Resolution) national and international, negotiated settlement of the business crisis, civil and commercial litigation, and much more besides.
The firm provides support to negotiate and draft and rebalance services in contracts between Italian and foreign companies.
We assists Italian and foreign civil and commercial litigation companies before the competent courts or arbitration bodies, both in Italy and abroad (European Union and non-EU); collaborates as an international and national contract consultant for numerous companies, industrial associations and chambers of commerce.
The firm also offers training and refresher courses for both business associations and individual companies.

is one of the founders of Studio Comba & Rosano, Comba is an expert in international contract law and has written books on contracts and international payments, civil and commercial mediation, negotiated crisis resolution published by sole24ore, Giuffrè Publisher, Key Publisher and Legal Training Publisher.
Monica Rosano
is one of the founders of Studio Comba & Rosano, Rosano is an expert in international trade law and international contract law, he is a lecturer at numerous industrial associations in Piedmont and Lombardy in the field of global trade, Since 2023, he has been managing the business crisis, registered in the Register of the Ministry of Justice, and collaborates with journals specializing in international trade for the drafting and publication of articles on the subject.
since 2023 he has been a collaborator of the Comba & Rosano Law Firm, he is a mediator for the Aequitas ADR Foundation, previously he has worked for 18 months at the III Civil Section of the Turin Court of Appeal, dealing with non-contractual and professional responsibilities, leases and business rents and appeal of arbitral awards, collaborated in the publication of a book on Legal Design and Conflict Resolution Strategies.
